Get Merchants Paid is a service of Applied Fintech Solutions, LLC (“AFTS,” “we,” “our”). This notice explains how we handle information submitted through this website and information associated with visits to it.
What we collect
If you contact us, you may provide your name, business name, business email, telephone number, and the type of payment services you are interested in. Our hosting provider may also process routine technical information such as IP addresses, browser characteristics, and access logs to operate and secure the website. If we later activate an embedded Jotform questionnaire, Jotform may process submitted inquiry information and use cookies as described below.
Do not send bank account numbers, payment card information, government identification, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial or identity information through this introductory inquiry form.
How we use information
- To answer your inquiry and communicate about requested merchant-account or payment-processing options.
- To assess whether an introduction to a selected payment-processing partner may be appropriate.
- To operate, protect, and improve website functionality and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information shared with providers
AFTS operates as a merchant-account referral agent. We may share the business contact information and inquiry details you submit with a selected payment-processing partner when needed to respond to your request or arrange an introduction. We also rely on service providers, including website hosting and, if connected in the future, Jotform, to operate the website and its contact form. We do not sell submitted contact information to data brokers or use it for unrelated third-party advertising. Providers may apply their own privacy policies when you engage with their services.
Cookies and external forms
We use browser storage to remember privacy preferences. We do not currently install our own advertising or analytics trackers. If our embedded Jotform is enabled, it remains blocked until you allow it; Jotform may then place form-related or usage-analysis cookies. The current site provides direct email and telephone contact. Retention and security
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage prospective business relationships, and satisfy applicable legal or recordkeeping needs.
